📝 terms of service 📝

The rights to the artwork created by Coillte/SybPrinceton/PigPuke belong to me.
Rights of fanart belong to their respective companies and I, in no shape or form claim ownership of said characters.
By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my terms and services.
By commissioning me, you agree you are eighteen (18) years old or older.BASICS
I have the right to refuse/cancel a commission for any reason. due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour, the subject matter is too much for me to handle or inability to communicate in effective English. I retain all rights to the finished commissioned work and you are not allowed to profit from my art. Personal use and reposting is welcomed only if I am fully credited. Regarding reposting, you are free to repost credited artwork anywhere with the exception of e621. If another person’s character(s) is used in a commission, you have the responsibility to ensure said person/s are accepting of their character’s use. I, the artist, hold no responsibility to check.HOW I WORK
Every month, I open my commission form to the public via FurAffinity and X (Twitter). I leave the form open for a scheduled amount of time, then I close and choose clients. After choosing clients, I will add them to my TRELLO list. I do not contact clients straight away. I will contact chosen clients once I am ready to start. I start once payment is received. I will work with the client via their chosen messaging system.EDITS / WIPS / PROGRESS
A clear, unshaded reference sheet is ideal, but I can take anything else OTHER than descriptive/worded references. However, as the commissioner supplying me with shaded/unclear references, you must understand that I may not get all the colours/details correct. As a commissioner, you accept this and understand that if something is presented unclear, that you are not entitled to edits for your unclarity. An edit fee will be charged if you want changes to be made. Please be as clear as you can with posing/expression/etc. If you are happy with the WIPs I have shown you, the sketch is now locked and will be finished. Please be as accurate with your idea as possible. I get very attached to my sketches and it’s very disheartening to redo the whole thing just because you didn’t specify the angle/pose/etc.PAYMENT
Payment is required in full before work begins unless arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon in advance. All prices are listed in EURO. Payments are processed through invoices and work will not begin until the full payment has been successfully received.REFUND POLICY
Clients may request a full refund if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of completion. Refunds will not be provided after the final artwork has been completed and delivered. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.DELIVERY
Finished work is delivered through Dropbox.PRIVACY
I charge +50% final price for privacy. This means I will not upload/use your commission for anything. It is sent straight to you and not shared with anyone. I can upload your commission under 'anonymous' for free if you so choose.

ITEMS I AM LOOKING FOR IN EXCHANGE FOR ART

Mostly YGO memorabilia / cards. As for art trades, I am very picky. Feel free to ask - you might catch me on a good day. I'd be more likely to trade if you humans, human/furry couplings or 3D models. If you are interested, feel free to reach out!
